Wildlife

Geese, loons, cranes, eagles, falcons, Manitoulin Island has a wide variety of birds. This cottage was named Eagle View because as I received the front door key from the builder I noticed a bald eagle circling over the cottage.

Autumn Colours

Spectacular Fall Display. The fall with the colors, salmon run and the bird migration is a wonderful time to visit the island.

So much to do

Swimming, fishing, exploring, rain or shine, spring, summer, fall or winter lots to do if you enjoy nature.

The View

The view, the lake, the cottage, the most common questions I have. Don't take my word for it, the guests tend to say the same thing.

Great for kids

50+ acres for kids to explore. We just ask that you keep on eye on them with the lake and some of the cliffy spots near by.

This cottage is built a little closer to the water than our other cottage. Both cottages are on the lake and have waterview. The other cottage's dock is not viewable from the cottage.

Spoiled

We try hard to spoil our guests from the planning that took place in to building and supplying the cottage to answering questions and simply helping out. Such as the time someone lost their engagement ring in the lake and Bob helped them to get it back.
