- Value Season – $5 more/night, $21 more/week
- Mid Season – $7 more/night, $28 more/week
- High Season – $10 more/night, $36 more/week
5% GST (Tax) Applies to all fees charged, for trips less than 30 days, for suite 403C. Stays over 30 days are not currently subject to tax. Tax rates may change at any time based on the government.
All bookings take place only with a Visa or MasterCard.
Last Minute Details/Value Season
In last minute situations for bookings of 3 nights or more, other than High Season and Christmas/New Year’s Eve we may give discounts.
A 5 night minimum is required to book over Christmas or New Years.
To reserve our vacation rental condo we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!
Upon arrival a security deposit of $300 will be held against your credit card (we do not actually take the money but a hold is put on that amount and up to $300.00 may be taken to cover any damages occurring to the condo units during your stay). The hold will be released within 72 hrs of your departure as long as there are no damages or items missing, as verified by our cleaning staff.
VACATION RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Of course we hope you don’t have to change your vacation plans. However, please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.
Once booked there are no refunds. We are not a large hotel chain with dozens to hundreds of rooms. This is the only property we have in Canmore and once you reserve we block off these dates for you and no one else is able to book.
We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase some type of vacation insurance, which includes accommodation costs. Then if you must cancel your trip the insurance may (usually for major medical problems, and other critical situations) cover the cancellation costs.
