A troupe of local howler monkeys playing/resting in a tree on the condo complex. You have a decent chance of seeing these guys during your stay and you’ll get a closer look at them than on most rainforest tours.
 
Walk From Condo To Beach
The actual walk to the beach is under 1 minute but I stop to show some local howler monkeys, our property manager’s office, and a local surf shop.
