Large Three Bedroom Cottage

Private!! You are hard pressed to see another house or cottage from this cottage. The cottage is about 175 ft away from the lake behind a screening of cedar trees for privacy. You can see the lake out the front cottage windows. There is no road (just the private laneway to your dock) between the cottage and lake.

Master Bathroom

A large 4 piece master bathroom. Large soaker tub, with skylight overhead, vanity and not shown in the picture, off to the left, are the shower and toilet.

Master Bathroom 2

Off to the left you can see the shower stall. Across from the shower stall (and out of the picture) is the toilet.

Master Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is fairly large. It easily fits the queen size bed shown. There is also a ceiling fan, large dresser, bedside lamps, reclining chair (from where picture was taken), walk in closet (off to right of picture) and room to move around.

Master Bedroom 2

There are two large windows that look towards the front yard and lake. The photo was left darker to highlight the 2 nice size windows.

2nd Bedroom

At the far end of the cottage from the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom. A fair size room, it has a double bed, large bay like window, closet, bookcase and writing table. Plus an open area. The window looks towards the west end of the property.

3rd Bedroom

A double bed, small book case, writing desk, and closet. There is a large window looking towards the front yard and lake.

Shared Bathroom

This 4 piece bathroom is at the west end of the cottage and easily shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and family room.

Kitchen 1

Fair size kitchen with water dispensing fridge, stove and a dishwasher. Plus most of the items you find in a typical home kitchen.

Family Room

A large family room with two sofas (one a double sofa bed, other comfortable for one person to sleep), a large chair, TV, Portable Stereo, XBox, DVD player and bookshelf. Just out of site off the top of the photo is the ceiling fan.

View to Lake

The cottage is tucked behind some cedar trees about 200 feet back from the lake. You can see the lake through the trees.

Shore Line (White Pine Vista Cottage)

The canoe pulled on to the cedar treed shore. The shore line of the property is mainly covered in trees, mostly cedar. There is a cleared area by the dock. The shoreline for this cottage is over 600' in length and very eclectic. Parts of the shore line are more level (near the dock). Parts of the shore line are more bluff like.

40' Long Dock

The property is on a small bay (the shoreline across the water in this picture is part of the small bay). Off to the right the water opens up in to the rest of the lake. Lake Kagawong is a fairly large lake. I've yet to see a year that you couldn't easily dock a regular size fishing boat (or larger) up to the dock. The water is usually around 8' deep at the end of the dock. Young children (3 and up) can walk in the water up by the smaller section of the dock/shore.

BBQ Shed

Shown here are the Weber BBQ and BBQ shed. The cottage which isn't seen here is immediately to the right.

View to 2nd cottage

This shot is looking towards the closest cottage - you can't see it through the trees. It is well over a minute walk (close to a city block) away. This cottage has over 600 feet of lakefront. The area around the cottages, all 55+ private acres is shared between the two cottages. The area immediately around each cottage (about 2 acres each) and up to the lake is private for that cottage.
