Accommodation Details

Three bedroom (sleeps 8), three bathroom, conservation area view, townhome, in Kissimmee .  In Windsor Palms, one of the closest vacation rental by owner communities to Disney World.  The townhouse was tastefully furnished with comfort and leisure activities in mind. 

The second level has two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with a four piece ensuite.  There is a TV with DVD player, two night-stands with lamps and clock/radio, dresser and a walk in closet.  The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a private four piece bathroom.  There is also a closet, dresser, night stand, lamp, TV and Microsoft XBox 360 (plays DVD and CD’s that you would need to provide). 

The main floor bedroom features a queen size bed, and 3 piece ensuite (walk in shower, toilet sink), shared with the main level.   There is a closet, dresser, lamp, night table.

The bright, spacious, full kitchen (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dish washer, plates, pots, utensils, the basics to cook and eat a typical North American meal).

The family room has a 42″ HDTV connected to cable TV.  It also has a DVD player, and a Nintendo Wii with two controllers.  Also in the room are a number of books about the area (the amusement parks and activities in the Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida area).

Out the back is a screened patio that comfortably seats at least 8 people.  There is a patio table, umbrella and chairs, with 2 loungers.  A hot tub/spa that comfortably seats 6 people (it may be an 8 person hot tub but we find things start to get a bit tight after 6 people.  The patio looks on to a private reservation area.  We’ve often seen various ergrets, hawks, and other types of birds hanging out back there.  You can rent a gas BBQ or use a charcoal BBQ up at the Clubhouse.
