If it isn’t on the above list don’t assume we have it but feel free to ask. We will buy smaller items that you need and have them waiting for your arrival if it is something that we believe others will use too.  So, if you have to have a Spaetzle/Spätzle press (we don’t currently have one) just ask and we’ll do our best to have one for your arrival.  There are definitely limits as to what we’ll buy but give us a try.
