This is the `Kid’s Bedroom’ … this bedroom has 2 twin beds, a 32 TV with a XBox game system, full bathroom ensuite, walk in closet.

This bathroom is accessed only by the bedroom with the twin beds (single size mattress), it has a glass shower and tub combo, with a hair dryer.

The up stairs master bedroom has a king size luxury mattress, large ensuite bathroom, 32″ LCD wall mounted TV, walk in closet and a view of the conservation that the town home backs onto.  This bedroom also has a full size dresser, bed side tables, and reading lamps. This bedroom is very private and shares no walls with the other up stairs bedroom (laundry room is in between).

4 pc Master Bedroom Ensuite with Ceramic tile floor, bath tub and shower, large vanity and toilet.  This Bathroom is accessed by the master bedroom only and has a hairdryer.

 
Private Patio

This private patio has enough room for the entire family to sit out doors,  you can rent a BBQ and enjoy the private 6- 8 person hot tub. 

Windsor Palms Resort Club House

Club House

This Large Club House is for your use while renting our townhome you will have full access to all the amenities.  

Club House Lobby

The lobby has a nice seating area, information desk, ATM machine and a Kodak picture maker machine so you can print off your pictures before you go home.

Olympic Size Pool

A large pool, hot tub, many tables &  chairs and lounge chairs.  The pool starts at 3 feet deep and goes as deep as 6ft deep. 

Games room

The games room has ping-pong, 2 pool tables and arcade games.  There is also a video games room with a large screen. 

Movie Theatre

This Movie Theater has 3 to 4 showings a day and you may make movie requests - admission is free if you are staying at the resort. 

Tennis courts

There are two full size courts with light for playing in the evening, you can bring your own rackets or borrow them from the clubhouse

Volley Ball Court

The Court is made of beach sand, you can see the Basket Ball court in the back ground.  Both areas have lights for playing in the evening.  Balls are available at no charge at Club House (refundable deposit required).
